Standard 14 - Handling Information

This Care Certificate package covers the 15 standards developed by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health, for workers who are new to care.

• Describe the ways of working and legislation
• Explain why its important to have secure systems
• Demonstrate how to keep records
• Explain how to report when ways of working have not been followed
