Mental Health First Aid Youth Champion

This course enables individuals to understand Mental Health in young people, giving the knowledge of MHFAY to be able to advocate mental health awareness.

By the end of this course, the learner will understand:

• What mental health is and the common mental health issues
• How mental health can affect young people
• How to spot signs of poor mental health in young people
• How to promote positive well-being

After completing this course, along with a certificate of attendance as a Youth MHFA Champion, individuals will also receive a Youth MHFA manual, giving them access to the key information they have learnt whenever they may need it.

Course duration: 1 day

All course prices are for groups of up to 16 delegates and include course material and digital certificates valid for three years.
