Level 2 Personal Development

This course enables individuals who work within health and social care to understand personal development. The course is mapped to unit L/615/7138 of the Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) and unit 2 of the Adult Social Care Certificate.

By the end of this course, the learner will understand:

• What is required for competence in own work role
• How to be able to reflect on own work activities 
• How to be able to agree a personal development plan
• How to be able to develop own knowledge, skills and understanding

Typical duration: 3 hours

*Courses can be delivered as a standalone session, or 2 in 1 day for a reduced day rate. Standalone session rate £350/course. Reduced day rate for 2 courses in 1 day £300/course.

All course prices are for groups of up to 12 delegates and include course material and digital certificates valid for three years.
