Emergency First Aid at Work

This course can be used as refresher training, to understand the role of a first-aider. Understand how to support an unresponsive casualty, assist choking and manage bleeding or shock. 

Learning outcomes:

• Understanding the role and responsibilities of a first-aider
• Assessing an incident
• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• Recognising and assisting a choke casualty
• Managing a casualty – external bleeding and shock
• Managing a casualty – minor injury
